Wigram House is student accommodation for University of the Arts London located in Westminster. We were responsible for the structural alterations as part of this refurbishment of this Victorian property for Urbanest. The works involved removal of loadbearing masonry walls, alterations to roof trusses and installation of a suspended flat roof terrace to the central lightwell.
