117 new lodges around newly constructed lakes. We produced a complex FRA and conducted extensive negotiations with the local IDB, as the site is low level and subject to tidal and overland flooding. New lakes provided storm storage and excavated material was used to raise ground levels for lodge construction. As-dug material was cement stabilised to provide an economic founding material for the new structures.
