Golf Day at Wokefield Estate

The annual Simpson TWS golf day was held at the stunning Wokefield Estate in Berkshire last week. It was a long but enjoyable afternoon in the sun on a challenging course. There were some competitive matches played between the Civils and Structures pairings and it was Civils who came out on top, winning by 4 matches to 2 , taking the bragging rights!

There were individual triumphs for Structures, with Joel Edwards taking the ‘nearest the pin’ award for being just about the only person to hit one on the tricky 12th green, and Lee Warren securing the ‘longest drive’ award down the 18th fairway. Congratulations to all on a great day of golf.
