Ian Rollinson

Partner

Ian is a Partner and Chartered Structural Engineer based in London and Gloucester, with a diverse background across sectors such as education, retail, residential and commercial for both regional and national clients. His expertise includes delivering innovative and practical solutions for complex projects, particularly in high-rise buildings and unlocking challenging sites for development, maintaining a hands-on approach from pre-planning stages through to construction. As the practice grows, Ian continues to shape its direction, working closely with the senior management team to oversee all business functions.

Gareth Crowther

Partner

Gareth is a Partner and highly experienced Chartered Civil Engineer. He is part of the senior management team and based in Henley-on-Thames where he leads the design and delivery of projects across a range of sectors for regional and national clients from initial concept stages through to construction. He works closely with clients, design teams and contractors to understand and address the specific commercial and programme related challenges of a development, with his in-depth knowledge and understanding of planning and regulatory processes providing added value, specifically in areas of highways, infrastructure and flooding.

Jamie Munro

Partner

Jamie is a Partner and a Chartered Structural Engineer specialising in building structures. He successfully leads the London office where he oversees a team of over 30 engineers and technicians. Jamie has broad experience across multiple sectors and in refurbishment, new build and temporary works projects. He has worked on projects nationally but has a primary focus on those in London and the Southeast. Jamie also heads up the practice’s work in technical due diligence reviews and monitoring services and takes an active role in helping engineers earlier in their careers to progress their chartership with the ICE and IStructE.

 

Andrew De Croos

Partner

Andrew is a Partner and head of the civil engineering team in Gloucester. His team provides a comprehensive design service for highways, drainage and service infrastructure. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and a particular expertise in the field of flood risk and Sustainable Drainage Systems. 

Mike Beckly

Partner

Mike is a Chartered Structural Engineer and is responsible for the structural design team in the Henley office. He joined the practice in 2014 as a structural engineer and became a Partner in December 2020. He has extensive expertise in domestic, commercial and leisure industries, particularly in refurbishment and reuse of structures. He is also experienced in working with Listed Buildings, constrained sites and temporary works design.

Mark Cradduck

Partner

Mark is a partner with over 15 years` experience and oversees the civil engineering team in our Henley office. Mark has extensive experience across all sectors including residential, commercial & hospitality, delivering a number of large scale hospitality and mass residential developments over the years. Mark has particular expertise in successfully delivering challenging and complex sites.

Richard Laughton

Partner

Richard is a Partner who has achieved 45 year’s experience in structural engineering. Responsible for technical co-ordination of structural and civil projects for national clients in the hotel, leisure, and entertainment sectors. Richard has developed in depth specialist knowledge of the re-cladding of tall buildings, being a key member of teams that have remediated properties in the commercial, hotel and residential sectors.

Secured both ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 accreditation for the business and is responsible for the ongoing management of these systems.

 

Matthew Harber

Partner

Matthew is a Partner and leads the Gloucester office in conjunction with Ian Rollinson and Andrew De Croos. He has broad experience, gained from over 25 years in the industry. Matthew currently specialises in the housing sector with extensive experience working with long standing clients including Redrow, Countryside and Taylor Wimpey.

Jamie Munro

Jamie is a Chartered Structural Engineer. As a Partner he leads the London office in conjunction with Chris. He has broad experience across multiple sectors and in both refurbishment and new build projects. He specialises in projects on tight central London sites.

Mark is a Partner and oversees the civil engineering team in our Henley office. He has extensive experience in design for highways, drainage and service infrastructure for both large and small scale commercial and residential projects.
