Simpson TWS is delighted to share positive progress on Oakapple Place, a 66-home residential development in Kent, which is now nearing planning consent. Congratulations go to everyone involved in moving this scheme forward.
The Simpson TWS Civil Engineering team has been pleased to assist Taylor Wimpey PLC throughout the planning stage, providing detailed technical support including the design of roads, drainage strategy, and cut and fill analysis. This collaborative work has played an important role in supporting a robust and deliverable planning submission.
Oakapple Place forms part of a wider development of 181 new homes, previously approved by Maidstone Borough Council. The council has recognised the scheme as a high-quality residential development, designed to integrate well with its surroundings while responding to local housing requirements.
Once delivered, the development will make a valuable contribution to meeting housing needs in the area, offering greater choice, variety, and a balanced mix of homes for the local community. Schemes like Oakapple Place are key to supporting sustainable growth and providing future-proofed neighbourhoods.
Simpson TWS is proud to work alongside leading housebuilders such as Taylor Wimpey and contribute civil engineering expertise to developments that deliver lasting benefits for communities.
