Working alongside David Lock Associates Ltd, Feria Urbanism, Fathom Architects, HCUK Group, and KMC, this next stage will build on the Town Centre Development Framework to deliver a design-led, integrated strategy for growth.
Together, the team will help create a more resilient, attractive, and people-focused town centre, enhancing streets, public spaces, and everyday experiences while supporting long-term sustainable development.
