A total remodel of front of house facilities including change of use of internal spaces to form new wine and dining spaces together with new conference areas. Remapping the back of house strategy required formation of a new internal goods lift shaft to service refurbished and upgraded kitchen facilities. A new internal reception courtyard was formed from an existing vehicle delivery bay to enhance the customer journey from reception to room. The Principal Manchester has been shortlisted for a Preservation and Rejuvenation Award.
