We have acted as Civil and Structural Engineers on a rolling programme of new build pub restaurants in England, Wales and Scotland. The schemes have comprised 180 cover pub restaurants and we worked with Marston’s as their technical development partner actively involved with site procurement and development.
The detail of our civils role included included the provision of initial advice on matters such as flood risk, drainage, highways, utilities and ground conditions; preparation of flood risk assessments / drainage statements focusing on the design of SUDS to accompany the planning applications; earthworks analysis to achieve cut and fill balance and the preparation of tender / construction drawings.
