We were appointed to deliver civil and structural engineering design services for this residential development which comprises 300 residential units up to 17-storey in height.
As part of our scope, the building structure will be modelled in REVIT to allow full coordination with the design team prior to construction stage.
The form of construction will typically be reinforced concrete flat slabs supported on columns and shear walls and will bear on piled foundations. The façade will comprise traditional brickwork, with cantilever balconies supported off the main slab edge.
Associated external amenity space will accommodate below ground surface water storage to limit rate of discharge from the site to satisfy the New London Plan.
