Festival Leisure Park, Basildon

An extensive leisure park featuring cinema, bowling alley, night club, hotel and restaurants. The works consisted of refurbishment of two storey steel braced frame building (Central Mall, A3 Retail Units and Cinema Entrance) with very minor alterations to the structure. Externally to the building existing glazed lean-too canopies were removed and the structure made good. A new cladding feature band was added to two elevations.
