We are looking for a talented Senior  Civil  Engineer to to join our growing, dynamic consultancy. At Simpson TWS, you will be part of a highly regarded Civil and Structural team in Gloucester, delivering a diverse portfolio of exciting projects across multiple sectors, scales, and materials.

As a client-facing professional, you will build and strengthen relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders, while contributing to business development through proposals, bids, networking, and long-term client growth.

This is a varied and influential role where you will contribute to business initiatives, innovation, and technical development. As part of a small, agile organisation, we are looking for a proactive, versatile self-starter eager to make a meaningful impact.
