- Is Chartered with the IStructE.
- A good in depth knowledge of the eurocodes, essential.
- Working knowledge of BS8110, beneficial.
- Ideally have some experience working on existing building refurbishment & Building Safety Cases as well as being comfortable with new build concrete.
- Should have some experience in client / project team liaison.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive working attitude.
- Must be experienced with managing a team.
