Hub by Premier Inn York Way

York Way is the flagship, 389 bed hotel, for the new Whitbread brand Hub by Premier Inn.

It consists of a nine storey reinforced concrete frame, including a double storey basement. In order to develop the site, Simpsons worked with Thames Water, to divert a strategic sewer out of site and assess the impact of the proposed basement on Thames Water assets.
