Great progress being made at One Pentire, Newquay, Cornwall. We provided structural engineering consultancy on this project to develop apartments with retail space below in the Pentire area of Newquay. The original building on this site was a hotel in a poor state and an eye-sore in the local area. It has been demolished and is being replaced with a 4/5 storey RC frame building with 2 storey basement below. Pleased to be working on this development with Stephens and Stephens Developers and Absolute Architecture, one of several projects our teams have worked on together in Cornwall in recent times.
