We are principal structural engineers on this exciting project to redevelop over 30,000sq ft of premium office space at 30 Golden Square in Soho, London.  Our design allowed the floor plate to be increased on all levels and added one additional storey. We were able to remove an existing RSC column from the original structure and replace others which served to enhance the façade. Outdoor space was created at roof level and through the addition of balconies. This project has increased the value of the estate as well as dramatically improving the look and feel of the building as a whole.
